What do Pepper & Dunn offer?
We offer pregnancy and maternity gift boxes and specialty products – along with new baby and baby shower gifts too.
Some products are pre-selected for your gifting ease and convenience, other gift boxes can be personalised with the ability to customise your product choices.
Either way, you’re bound to find the perfect gift for the expectant or new mum in your world.
How does it work?

How do I customise a gift box?
First, you need to go to the ‘Customised Gift Boxes’ area >
Next, choose the right box for the intended recipient’s needs.
Then on the product page, you will find a series of ‘drop-down’ menu’s, which will allow you to choose between several products, under each product category (e.g. “Treat Your Tastebuds”, “Calm Your Senses” etc.).
Make your selections – add your personal message – and click ‘Add To Cart’.
Finally, simply checkout, and your gift-giving is done!

Do you have individual items for sale, rather than an entire box?
Yes, we certainly do. At Pepper & Dunn, we like to provide you with plenty of choice.

How do I know what to buy?
All our gift boxes are tailored specifically to a certain trimester (or stage of pregnancy), or for the maternity ward or for the new mum or the new baby.
We’ve taken the guesswork out of pregnancy and baby gift giving, by doing all the hard work and research for you (so everything is safe for mum and bub) – and we know what she’ll love.

What is a ‘trimester’?
Pregnancy is divided into three stages – called ‘trimesters’.
Trimester 1: 0 – 12 Weeks
Trimester 2: 13 – 27 Weeks
Trimester 3: 28 – 40 Weeks
A pregnant mum has different needs and challenges at each stage of pregnancy – which is why we have different boxes for each trimester.
Our trimester boxes have been carefully curated to ensure they meet mums needs at each stage, to perfection – with a great mix of practical, comfort-giving and indulgent items.
Are all of your products safe for use during pregnancy?
Yes – they certainly are.
We have gone to great lengths to research each and every product in great detail, to ensure they are all safe for mum and bubs during and after pregnancy, as well as during breastfeeding.
Are all your baby gift products safe for newborn babies?
Yes – they certainly are. Our blankies, wraps and soft toys are specifically designed for young babies, with nothing on them that can pose a safety hazard.
In fact – they are really useful and totally snuggle-worthy 😊
Our baby skin-care items have all been chosen to be as natural and as gentle as possible from reputable baby care brands, with many being organic as well.

Can you ship a gift directly to my recipient?
Yes, absolutely we do.
You can also enter in your very own personalised message.
And, we’ll even gift wrap everything too.
It’s all done for you. Hooray!
How much does postage and shipping cost?
If your order is over $100 – it will be shipped absolutely FREE.
How long will it take for my recipient to get their gift?
It’s always best to order your gift as early as possible, for timely delivery.
We recommend you allow 7 – 10 business days for us to process and ship your order, particularly for customised gift boxes.
This allows our busy team enough time to carefully prepare and gift wrap your gift for you.
Standard Shipping – Please allow roughly between 2 – 4 business days.
If your order is more urgent, please select Express Shipping (which will only take 1 – 2 days to arrive, AFTER our processing and gift-wrapping timeframe).
